1. Assist the technical project manager to manage the whole process of new product development, and manage the quality, cost, schedule, risk and process of new product development project.
2. Assist the project team in formulating the project development plan, track the implementation and change of the plan, and regularly report the implementation of the product development project.
3. Responsible for maintaining the control system and management standard for new product development, and ensuring that the business process and working mode meet the company's management requirements and target planning.
4. Responsible for the construction, optimization and compliance monitoring of product development process, and cooperate with the review of external customers, agencies and internal audit.
5. Be responsible for investigation and arrangement of department documents and data and other temporary matters explained by leaders.

1. Bachelor degree or above, engineering or management related majors are preferred.
2. With more than 5 years of relevant working experience, be familiar with various project management software, and the PMP is preferred.
3. Have certain product development project management ability and be familiar with IPD product development process.
4. Good organization ability, cross-department coordination ability and communication ability, serious and rigorous work and strong sense of responsibility.
