With an annual output of 30000 multi-functional commercial vehicles, this project is another large-scale application site of Hongcheng Silicon Carbide (SiC) module power supply following Nanning Hezhong and Hefei Volkswagen.

High-performance silicon carbide (SiC 100A/400V) module power supply (SiC 100A/400V) independently developed by Hongcheng Company is adopted for the Project. This product adopts the third generation semiconductor power chip with high power, low loss, high reliability and low heat dissipation performance.
